Marketing Ops Manager
Help us triple our revenue by the end of next year by making every marketing euro measurable. You'll own the data, models and processes that tell the whole team what's working.
After a Master’s in Management and Marketing at KEDGE Business School, Etienne began his career in marketing at GE Capital and Rakuten France. In 2016 he joined Mirakl in Marketing Operations, where he built the company’s lead scoring and multi-touch attribution model. He then spent over four years at Criteo in Barcelona, rising from Global Marketing Operations Manager to Director of Growth Marketing and building the company’s first Growth Marketing and Marketing Analytics teams. As Global Director of Growth at PayFit he led acquisition across four markets with a 15+ person team, lifting demo-to-SQL conversion by 40%, before leading marketing as VP at Circula and Silae. In 2026 he joined Jet HR as Chief Marketing Officer.
Who we are
We're a startup founded in 2023 by serial entrepreneurs: Marco Ogliengo and Francesco Scalambrino have already built successful companies and HR software for unicorn businesses.
We closed the largest pre-seed round ever raised in Italy (€4.7M), backed by some of the sharpest entrepreneurs in tech. A year later we closed a €12M seed round, and in June 2025 we closed a further €25M round, led by US VC Base10, which picked us for its very first deal in Italy.
Italy is known as the land of red tape. That red tape is one of the acknowledged reasons the Italian economy is stuck. Jet's mission? Erase bureaucracy from Italian firms. What is bureaucracy, exactly? Hours spent decoding regulations, filling in forms, waiting for approvals and fixing the inevitable human errors.
Jet is the answer: a single platform that simplifies and automates the entire admin side of an Italian company. It's obvious that the future can't stay this slow and clunky: with Jet we're pulling that future forward, and we have a real shot at becoming the default operative system of Italian companies.

What you'll do
- Own measurement end to end. You'll build and run our attribution model, marketing forecast and budget tracking, together with RevOps, Growth and our CMO. When someone asks "what did this channel generate?", your numbers are the answer.
- Make marketing data clean and usable. You’ll own the definitions, data quality and dashboards for marketing, and work with our Central Data Team on the pipelines behind them.
- Challenge marketing strategy with data. You’ll assess how every marketing investment is performing and bring the evidence to the people who own the plan. When the numbers don’t support a bet, you say so.
- Own funnel performance and lead scoring. With RevOps, you'll decide the funnel definitions and conversion metrics, measure performance across every stage and recommend where to act. You'll own lead scoring as a lever for Sales and Marketing efficiency.
- Relentless automation. Reporting shouldn't be manual. You'll automate your own work and build tools that give the team answers without waiting on anyone.
Who we're looking for
- At least 5 years in Marketing Ops, RevOps or Marketing Analytics, ideally B2B SaaS. You’ve owned attribution, forecasting or funnel reporting for a team with real budget and pipeline targets.
- Deep HubSpot expertise. Lifecycle stages, workflows, lead scoring and reporting hold no secrets for you, and you know how to get clean data out of the stack. A comparable CRM/MAP works too.
- You know the marketing data landscape. Tracking, UTMs, ad-platform APIs, CRM objects: you know the quirks of each source and what it takes to make them line up. SQL and BI are a plus: our data lives in Snowflake, dbt and Metabase.
- A sceptical, rigorous mind. You know the limits of every attribution model. You separate signal from noise and say clearly when the data can't answer a question.
- Ownership. You treat Jet’s numbers as yours. When something looks off, you chase it down without being asked, and you build things others can rely on without double-checking.
- Cross-functional influence. Four teams depend on your work and none of them report to you. You align RevOps, Data, SalesOps and Growth on shared definitions and make them stick.
- An impact-driven mindset. You understand how your work affects pipeline, nARR and budget decisions. You prioritise what moves the business and avoid perfectionism.
- A taste for hackish solutions. You move easily across automation tools, APIs and integrations, and solve technical problems yourself without waiting for engineering.
